it doesnt have format option, just use reset to factory settings via the security option and s40 forum is the place for all questions on your nokia s40. You will get much more dedicated advice their. *

Python, i hope you aint the ones who bites. You should know the consequences of Formatting phones before you try my help! First you can use the Restore Factory Settings option, or: Switch phone off, press and hold dial key, star key and number 3 key without releasing then switch phone back on. A message should flash on the screen if it was successful. Try that out, all the best! *
