there is no such thing as a google phone. Google are just developing Android. Third party manufacturers make the phones. * +

The Gphone is a term used for any device running the new OS Google is designing called Android. There will be a variety of devices from different manufacturers all running this OS. The first devices will most likely be made by Motorola and HTC, and will be coming out in the second half of 2008. * +
