why do u have to connect to internet to use gps? can u get free maps or dowload garmin software? i need a nice gps tool that wont cost me alot to use.whose has one *

tomtom, igo, garmin xt, route66, there are loads of gps apps that dont need the web and have there own maps. i gave a link so go look *
