It is perhaps rather that no one knows why you're unable to install it on your phone - it's possible that the only version of Pocket RAR out there is intended for PDAs rather than Smartphones - I've personally had no problem installing from anywhere. * +

If you have a PC/Laptop so you can install it go to http://handheld.softpedia.com/progDownload/UnRAR-SP-Download-12098.html From there you can download UnRAR which is a smartphone version of WinRAR * +
