In the news today it's saying in an effort to kerb pollution in Paris they're only letting cars with odd number plates into the city on one day, then the following day only cars with even number plates. What's that all about? Surely they can't enforce that, what about ppl trying to get to work or ppl who work outside the city and then try to drive back home. Will they have to wait 24hrs before they can get home? * +

I only saw a headline about this and haven't read the full article but I got the impression that they were only going to let cars into the city on alternate days. Like all cars allowed one day and non the next. Don't see how it would be enforced though.(dontknow) * +
