what exactly is it ? it tastes good but tis almost impossible to determine if it's lamb or horse or emu or beef . total mystery. does anyone know? and why is it always cookd vertical? most ppl have microwaves with horizontal rotisserie. * +

My first real shawarma was lamb ,and it was from a Lebanese place in Amsterdam ..pure lamb not that minced formed cr*p ..it was delicious . * +
