Read on my local newspaper's site how the law could be or has changed that anyone who uploads a naked pic of there child, even if they are still a baby could / would be charged with child p*rnography.... What are ur views on this? * +

Why would anyone upload or download one? Personally it seems all innocent but it isn't innocent for the predators who are scouring the internet for a semi dressed kid in diapers to get off at. However, I think it's a bit black and white as people love to share the joys of parenthood and the innocence of their child with friends and family, but with this new law or idea I think they will be more mindful on what they post as it's obviously this important for them to have clamped down that much about what people share. * +

I personally don't put pics up anywhere of my kids naked. But iv the odd photo of them in the bath * +

@ peta, sometimes a parent would upload one of them for eg in a bath, meanin they would be charged for this. * +

makes sense, it may not be p*rn to the uploader but if it's a naked kid it could be used for that. I'm sure common sense comes in but real p*rn uploaders will try and lie their way out, maybe saying it was an innocent reason, this might cut through that defense.

It p.isses me off when i see a naked kid on a nappy advert, naked but from the side or something, it makes me uncomfortable, like why do they need to do that, i don't wanna be seeing that. * +

far too many sicko's out there. would never upload a pic of any naked child. in fact these diaper ads on tv showing kid's bare bums should be banned too. * +
