nationwide used to be great before I defaulted on an overdraft. not idea if they're still good today...

when I was a teenager and out of work I discovered that their cash machines would let carry on taking money out to buy solids when I didn't have any... * +

They're that bad.

I go into Natwest, I don't even have to stand in a que. Someone will just walk up to me and offer help. They'll offer ways for me to be more comfortable. They'll tell me where i'm going wrong and show me how to be more smart with my money.
They prevent me from getting bank charges.

Imagine that.

Santander just used me for all they could get. They constructed problems just so they could charge me for mistakes. They treated me like a second class citizen.

The difference is mindblowing. * +
