The law will be changed to ban smoking in cars carrying children next month, it emerged today. Legislation is expected to be passed in December, with the ban coming into force from October next year. The new law will apply to anyone carrying children in a car, not just parents. Drivers found breaching this ban could be hit with a 60 pound fine or 5 points on their licence.Your views? * +
