What kind of exercise do u do a lot of? I am a big blob, I don't do gym, aerobics, joggin, weights and stuff like that, but I do swim, walk, even ride bike quite a bit, am thinkin of doin the latter today... So what do u do to get ur heart pumpin..... And sex, masturb*tion etc doesn't count... Not like any of u ever get any anyway tease lol jj. * +

I don't really exercise on purpose. I just get it from doing day to day stuff. Plus I walk almost every day. (eyebrow) * +

yup also doesn't happen on purpose lol not like i say ok, must swim 10 laps, or walk 5km's, or ride an hour.... i kinda do it coz i want to. somedays i don't do too much of any of it. * +

Martial arts. Currently systema, muay thai, muay boran and kickboxing. I dont have time to accidentally exercise. Id be a massive slob if i waited til i had time for a stroll. * +
