shortly before Christmas I was admitted to hospital with gastroenteritis, spending 4 days there. after coming out of hospital I was very weak for the first couple of weeks and lost nearly 10Ibs in weight. nearly 2 months later I haven't gained any of the weight back and still don't have much of an appetite an I am very lethargic. I went to visit my GP who arranged a blood test to check if I was anaemic (I have suffered with anaemia before). I found out earlier today that test was negative. * +

Can anyone recommend a decent weight gain product in the uk that isn't aimed at body builders? I only want to gain weight not add muscle tone. Thanks in advance for any positive feedback I may receive. * +

Move more, when you were ill, you were laid in bed, muscle rotting away, exercise will help your appetitite, help you sleep at night etc and give you more energy * +
