Some of the other movies i've never seen might shock you as well. Independence Day. Jurassic Park. Any of the Matrix films. The Lord of the Rings/Hobbit trilogies. Gladiator. X-Men. Harry Potter. Transformers. Avatar. Avengers. Any of the dozens of rebooted superhero films, Christopher Reeve was the last Superman I saw and I think Val Kilmer was the last Batman. And many, many, more.

there's a few semi decent to decent films there.

not that you have to but if you were asking I'd say watch the first Matrix only, LotR Extended Editions and Gladiator. the rest are very skippable. * +

Titanic always fascinated me I went to an exhibition at Melbourne Museum quite a few years back now of recovered items etc. *
