good skin care starts from what u put into u, health diet, loads of fresh air and exercise, no smokin, not a lot of alcohol, lots of water... ppl don't realise how alcohol and smoke are as damagin as too much sun... then look for oil free, preferably oatmeal products for ur face. never wash ur face with regular soap. * +

if the problem is very bad, see a dermatologist, also try the contraeptive pill, it settles the hormones, go on a light one tho, ask ur clinic sister or doctor for one..... and never ever press them, no matter how temptin, u don't want scarring. * +
