Having a lot of this lately. Just this week, I've had one night with about 1 hour sleep followed by the next night with zero.sleep. Really fkd at work.first thing, then just don't seem tired and manage ok. * +

Perhaps, I'm to focused on the next days lessons to enable me to switch off. Some of the 'special lessons' ones we've done and still to do are quite intense sessions.

I'm hoping it's just SAD winter thing affected my sleep.
