Ive found myself not being able to sleep since this NY on pause.
I lay in bed for hours some nights as the night goes past. Other nights Im cleaning, fixing, rearranging, making something, watching others sleeping peacefully, or Im killing time.
Having a cup of tea Im super fond of this morning, popped two melatonin gummies too. In another 15 mins itll kick in. Otherwise, the birds will sing by the time my body naturally wants to rest.
Still up at 8:30/9 am for work. Lord knows how my body handles it. All outta fu*king whack these days.

I went out Saturday to cut some flowers in the garden at the end of my street.
Went for a 4 mile nature walk 2 weeks ago Saturday. Thats all. * +

I'm knackered. I don't get much done around the flat. I'm falling asleep nearly as soon as I'm getting home, half the time. Must've had 10hrs last night.
It's getting a little less hectic. I'm only doing one day overtime this week. I could do two but I'm giving myself a 3-day holiday. * +
