It's well known that cycling can have a detrimental effect on a chap's 'old chap' but it's usually caused by an inadequate saddle, rather than the cycling itself. Constant pressures on the 'taint' can lead to nerve damage and 'numb nuts'.

Maybe try a different saddle and see if that helps first, before you go giving up cycling altogether.

I struggle because I need a narrow saddle, so there's little room for a relief channel. I'm getting on with a Charge Spoon on my kickabout bike at the moment, and a Brompton one on the tandem. * +

Apparently Cycling can cause it.A few hours in the saddle with squashed Balls.Think i'll lay off it for a while, maybe take up walking.See if I notice any improvments..

If you were paralyzed from the waist down, youd have nothing to talk about. I dont believe in wishing on a falling star but ill stay awake to look for a week just in case. * +

You need to get a woman in your life or failing that go and have a Wa.n.k in the bathroom.Am sure Kipling will lend you his copy of readers wives..Then you will be calm like the Money Super Market Bull once you have relieved all that built up tension (Thumb_up) *
