I've got sensitive hearing so i always wear earplugs at work. I like my hood up when out of work, or a beanie on, or just generally away from traffic.
This has helped me look after my hearing, which is still in good form. * +

my hearing is fkd, lost 40 '/. of my hearing in the last 5 years (sad) gotta wear hearing aids when out and about, and at work. Not too bad when indoors as mrs T sits next to me so can hear her ok, except when i deliberately dont want too, that is ! * +
