don't have a drink!

the things that play out in our heads are never quite the same as the reality. more often than not people say that wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

if confidence is an issue doing this without booze will give you a boost coming out the other side.
if there's a subject you're knowledgeable on you should slip into a groove of talking about that subject and not be sat there thinking about yourself. tell your hosts of your nerves and seek direction from them.
