Try to think back how exactly you spoke to him, like tone and volume, or if you touched him anywhere while getting up. And yes, like everyone else said, vet and behaviour specialists. Good luck. This dog went to stay with a new foster mum a few days later. He was ok at first and then attacked her 3 days in a row. Just when he felt like it.
He came back to me a few days later and was a perfect angel that tried to snuggle into my face. I stopped him from fear. I know he knows he did wrong, but he's with his first family again and adjusted to being top dog again. We miss him terribly * +
