I get over 200 days off a year, but it doesn't feel like it.

Well, we'll go swimming today. Will have to put the kit in the car. Oh, and take the cool box.

See, that method of remembering stuff works well. When you want to remember something, connect it to something you know you're going to think about at the time.
I can't think of the swimming bag now without the cool box being connected with it.
