I came here almost 16 years ago with a group of users from an adult chatsite, known mostly for .. no one ever used it for that though, think the only reason is because the set up was pretty good. I've since lost contact with nearly all of them bar one who's still on my fb to this day. My first tag was zerotime, I've had countless since (ask admin lol) in my time here I've met some genuine people and some right weirdos.. I've had a few breaks along the way, long enough to have two kids.. but I have no idea what keeps bringing me back.. I used to think it was the escape, to hide from all the crap that was going on in the real world.. maybe it was back then, but now I'm not so sure.. anyway, enough about me.. spill * +

Looked for ringtones in 2003, found a site called Wapdream, was nice to chat with people all over the country.

Was soon directed, by people there, to a handful of other sites - including here. That was in 2004. Been mostly nice to chat with people all over the world. There are a few idiots but that's life.

This place still has what nowhere else understood. Facebook, Twitter, insta.. You can do gaming, vanity, attention seeking, revenue fishing, dating, networking.. but there will always be a place for good old fashioned universal bantz. Pro is what you want it to be, within certain criteria. Always has been, and let's hope it continues for those who appreciate it. * +

I was discussing this place with critical the other night (god knows how he put up with my sh*t for so long lol)

Facebook pretty much killed this site, yet turned out to be worse it certain aspects. This site has seen some very dark times, more so in the last few years. It's received a bad rep for a number of reasons that I don't think I have full knowledge on to discuss.

I do often get surprised when I open my old bookmarks after a certain length of time (think the longest I've been off here is about 3 years in total, not sure) and its still here.. 20 years on.. * +
