Winds of over 100 mph. Blew over 3 of my 60ft almost 95 year old trees like a pack of cards. Snapped another in 2. 53 hours with no power. * +

There is still 1000s of house holds out there with no power. Winter conditions. It dont bare thinking about if those trees fell another way. We was stood in the kitchen in pitch black at the height of the storm when we hear what sounded like glass breaking. When i say we have had a very lucky escape...aye * +

My sister has been without power since friday lunch time. I have a few friends in the surrounding area still without power. Most in the shire are on well water and need power for the pumps so some have no water. * +
