Yeah worked from home since mid March 2020 and productivity is the same and saves me 2 hours travel a day. I've made a nice little office in a spare room computer, desk, TV, sofa, signed sports memorabilia on the wall. No need to go in the office * +

All the administrative work I can do from my office I have I in a spare bedroom but operational work which I like to keep my hand in with definitely can't. Plus I like to be at the sites to ensure codes, standards and practices are being fully observed. * +
