Worked with them in the stroke wards, it varies how it affects them. Some people only have their vision affected, for instance. The way they perceive things will be compromised, but they may still be physically able. * +

Good on u... respect Man... my Mam was crying alot at first.. she still gets quite emotional but were getting more smiles n laughter than tears now.. just hoping n praying she keeps improving... Doc said today that shes heading in the right direction but still got a long way to go...that's reasuring rather than getting told DNR if she sadly couldn't fight anymore... going to see her tomorrow night with my daughter... every second with her is precious... I just want to scoop her up n take her home *
