if the CIA have been trying to create unrest there what do Russia make of it ?
* the CIA wants us bogged down in a local costly conflict
* America wants us to trigger another round of sanctions
* the US wants to distract us from doing something else

sh*t is going down in it's biggest city Almaty after a price hike doubled petrol prices. The hike has been reversed but people are still protesting as its formal authoritarian leader, Nursultan Nazarbayev, still wields much power.
16 protestors dead and 2 members of the security forces reportably beheaded.
2500 'Peacekeepers' sent in by its allies including Russia and Belarus.
Soldiers ordered to fire at 'Terrorists'
