America's most severe drought in over 1 000 years is causing severe water shortages in the West and Southwest. Water restrictions been put in place in many states.

Lake Mead, near Las Vegas, is running at 30 percent capacity. 25 - 40 million people are been impacted across California, Nevada, Arizona and northern Mexico. Sunken boats littering the exposed shoreline and even skeletal remains have been found dating from the height of Las Vegas' mafia heyday (70's - 80's).

Lower than average snowfall precipitation from the Colorado Rockies is the main contributor. Agricultural sector facing imminent collapse, leaving a food shortage for millions in the coming year. Climate change having a lasting effect on our planet. * +

Yeah, the bodies have been turning up for a few months now. Not sure how many exactly, I read that there had been 'at least 5' but that was a few weeks ago and I think they've found some more since then. The first one they found had been shot and stuffed into a barrel weighed down with rocks, clothes and personal items found with it suggest sometime in the late 70's or early 80's. * +
