I used to get that when i lived in my old flat, i blamed the electric heaters at the time. I never found out for certain but time has proven it only happened there in any case.

Hated that flat. Trampy old place. Crack-head stairwell, kitchen so small you couldn't sit down in it, and cracks in the walls you could fit your fingers in. * +

Please try to make an appointment with a dermatologist as soon as possible, that problem can get so bad it damages the pigment and leave scars. * +
