I drink very rarely. Most likely in some occasion... Like TUSKA Festival or just a gig. Haven't smoked since 2007 and i usually drink ciders or long drinks from the alcohol ones.. * +

Too much for what? Depends on your lifestyle, but if you operate a motor vehicle (or licenced machinery) then you might wanna read up on it.

For a start, you can't do either on anything resembling a hangover. So no drinking in the evening if you have work the next morning.

That said, a hangover itself is a red light to health for anyone in any position. As with anything that leaves you in a compromised state for doing it. It's a good indication you're drinking too much if you get one. * +
