Higher wages should be an incentive for specialist fields, otherwise everyone'd be learning a trade instead of the lion's share of a decade required to be a specialist in a medical or scientific field. I'm as blue collar as they come, and would still agree that a high wage bump should accompany specialist work. * +

I agree with a higher tax on the rich. But rich people can avoid paying a part of their income hidden in property assets, etc. I'm doing just that. * +
