It's not Nihilism as many people out there who criticize Atheism believe, the immediate thought that occurs to many people when a question of Atheism arises is how can someone believe in absolutely nothing? wouldn't they lead a depressive life? Actually what they think of is nihilism, rather than Atheism. Atheism is simply the rejection of God, nothing else while It's Nihilism that views existence as senseless and useless. * +

Do you believe it is impossible to lead a purpose driven life not believing in God? Atheists can be equally spiritually people as any other religious person out there, yet why is the belief of God deemed so necessary to lead a life of purpose? * +

I think believers generally live a depressive life that's why it made them believers in the first place, partially IMO. By default, atheists or not, all people live by the same purpose to survive. Fair enough to say you can't live any secondary purposes if you don't make survival as your prior one. And that's my everyday purpose. Just being alive is a great NTM the only opportunity to do whatever you want. :) * +
