Nothing special. When I woke up, I have this feeling that I've slept but couldn't remember what I dreamed about. It's more of a fastforward-with-time experience. Your consciousness wasn't able to become conscious with anything during the time you were half-dead, and as a result you'll have the feeling of passing forward the length of time you were in the brink of death. There's a gap but you won't be aware of it unless you were told. You won't even believe that you were just dead for minutes going to an hour. * +

It's a shocking, alarming experience that more than less, you'll want to make-up stories just to calm down your mind from not getting over it. It's a lot easier to think about those stories instead of just being nothing, nothing more than empty, which the latter is an idea that can be hardly accepted by the mind. * +

After reading books, talking to trauma unit workers as well as people who had NDE's there seems to be one common denominator. People who lived a liberal life and most probably would not have made it, couldn't remember what they experienced. A trauma unit doctor who researched this phenomenon noticed a pattern. He realised that patients who came from the dead and experienced extreme trauma or fright because of what they experienced after death * +

And who then were put to sleep, could not remember what they experienced. He decided to make an exception and ask one patient who were fightened to death and pleaded that he didn't want to go back. He had a horrible experience with demonic creatures who were waiting to take him away. He was put to sleep after that and when this doctor later asked him to elaborate more he couldn't remember anything about it. * +

I know many here won't believe this, but I mention it anyway. * +

I know many here won't believe this, but I mention it anyway. The Pam Reynolds NDE case is very interesting. *
