The small oil-rich Gulf state ranked sixth globally for prevalence of obesity and had the highest rate of obesity among boys in the Middle East and North African region.By 2015, it is predicted that 73 percent of women and 69 percent of men will be obese in Qatar. if it makes ppl feel better fasting thats good but a lot will just eat the same amount in a day only diff wil be is they will eat it all in less time but good luck * +

Its all in the mind, you dont eat for a few hours so you must be starving and stuff your face when you can eat eating many people are actually starving n wld give anything for a crust of bread or a biscuit n a cup of clean water. * +
