There must be a very good reason why they went to the lengths they did to get him back, he must be of some value unknown to the public. That taliban video of the exchange with the helicopter and everything was like something out of Hollywood. Either way a massive public relations coup for the taliban. * +

I wouldn't call him a traitor. I can perfectly understand why he would walk off. The whole campaign has been pointless. All it has done ruin lives. The Taliban are going to be running the show once the army pull out again. All thats been happening for over a decade is sending young people somewhere s**t to die. * +
