As shri said, nokia care will do it.... But I will suggest u to go to any nearby phone repairing shop... They will do the same at relatively lower price than nokia care... * +

A phone repair shop will definitly charge you for flashing. Why don't you get your IMEI number from your phone pack and visit this website for help: http://nfader.z-host.ru They've helped me a couple of times but not all codes they generate are correct. * +
