Its very easy to do which can be done by sorting or disconnecting the lines of the LDR sensor inside... But dont do it if u are not familiar with these... Just take to a repairing shop, they will do it.... * +

But before doing it, just note one thing that if the display remains fully bright all the time, it will drain the power more than twice comparing to what it drains now... Moreover, the light sensor is very very useful for your eyes specially when u use the phone at night or in dark environment by reducing the brightness level... * +
