when i try to open a audio or video file it says not enough memory but phn memory is empty.I tried restoring factory setting but still same result...current firmware vers is 7.91 unfortunately no new firmware available *

Remove card goto setting restore restore all. Now insert 1song in phone memory and try it again. *
