my music player is not updating, it says updating library then it says no music files found, what do i need to do? And how do updates the phone's software it always say select service provider *

As far as i know u will have to go to care to update firmware and will have to update firmware via computer using pc suite.u cant do it with ur phone in ttc.go to (sanou2.) for the updating tutarial. *
