Remove battery, make sure its fit in properly n restart, :) * +

If it bin dropped den u might av broke da lcd in which case u may need a nu screen which cost bout 20 quid * +

U shouldn't of broke the screen on it really cause its the bounce proof one i had the 5100 an dropped it s**t loads. I say take it shop ask em whats up with it then get it done cheaper somewhere else. *
