I thought of this since programming j2me game is quite tedious furthermore there is no gamemaker for j2me. C programming language could probably be easier and for nes there the NBASIC programming language which is easy to learn. The rom file you make can be then played on emulator such as JMEboy,meboy,nescube or other * +

@jamrocj.. I would still recommend u 2 hv a fixed pc. Cause u'll learn programming thru trial n error.. And that takes time. * +
