well you said you couldn't download, if you'd said install then that's a different thing. downloading shouldn't be a problem for anyone. either way that's a link to Skype on mobile 9 site. download it (preferably not with the default browser, so it saves on your fone). if you get a certificate error then hacking your fone would be the best solution for you.. * +
