I think- yes. 3120 has smaller memory than 3100.(few kbs)

3100 hasn't got super display,so it can be truth.But I don't know. * +

Its the same thing in software terms. Think when considering hardware, 3120 has a better screen. When connecting to the computer, recognises either of the phones as 3100/3120 so, its the same thing with different cover. * +

Yeah, the same thing with different cover and name. I have a 3120 in a 3100 housing,lol. No difference at all, just a slight at color display, much lighter at 3120. If i were, don't upgrade to 3120, just look for a better alternative like 6230i. * +
