I have a 3100 n i had the same problem..Delete all ur bookmarks,restart ur phone and again save them!This will work hundred percent! * +

From the february 7, 2006 i have the same problem with my nokia 3200 phone and cannot solve it. When i add bookmark or save bookmark or save file to download link my nokia 3200 phone freeze and then turn of and then back after 1 minute 
i delete every bookmark, clear cache, mms, sms, calendar note, do a factory reset and problem is still there, i see the problem in the go to menu. * +

If you delete all your bookmark you will never be able to save your bookmark again, i am using my sms folder to keep my wap site url, my bookmark is empty and i cannot save a bookmark or add a bookmark i think the only solution is to get your phone FLASH or sell it back to someone who dont use gprs, in jamaica there in no nokia dealer that flash phone and local dealer dont advice flashing. * +

When you add a bookmark or save a bookmark the phone freeze for one minute and turn off and turn on back itself, even if the bookmark is empty and the download link is empty, but you will see the bookmark site in the go to menu option along with the last web url option but you cannot delete the wap site that is in the go to menu option and there is no bookmark in the phone

It'll happen to any menu or submenu that you use a lot. My 3100 freeze MESSEGE and GO To menu. It'll freeze at any or even all phone menu. Prevention is to (1) let the phone rest. (2) press it slowlly not too fast. (3) remove battery only if you switch it off. * +
