Wat kinda phone u using. Maybe you need to down load a smaller 3gp video *

I'm not sure what model it is its got those rubber grips on the side..I can download them but they won't play.. *

Do no 3gp downloads work? Even small ones. Maybe try one of the networks home sites they all have a 3gp test download might be an idea to try one of em just to make sure it's not dodgy files your downloading. Or maybe your phone doesn't support 3gp i not sure which model is the one with the rubber bits....... *
