Ok this guy got settingz frm his service provider n it cant b edited at all n all settingz r filled up so i cant edit it. * +

Ya cant edit preexisting settings on d 6230 but ya can add ur own personal configuration....look in ya phone settings 
or do a SEARCH in hea! * +

You can't edit any configurations that have been sent to your phone. You can only delete them. So create a new personal configuration in configuration menu or get nokia to send you whatever settings you need using this addy http://www.help-portal.com/page1
