Well I've given up on ever being able to use the applications with wap as no one is tellin me where to flash my phone in KZN south coast.So I've started another post for another problem.If you have seen all the adverts for a 3220 you surely have seen that they say it has 16mb but 4mb is only usable.My question is where is the other 12mb and how can you use it. * +

I'm also wonderin why did nokia put so much memory to the phone when they new all well that you can only use a quater.I want to use the all memory. * +

This phone has only 4.5 mb memory, out of which 2.5 mb is for gallery files and rest is for application. * +

I agree with you icy but you also can't disagree with us just because you don't know what we are talkin about.When they advertise this phone they say 16mb but 4mb is for the user.Okay let me give you another place to look up what i'm sayin.Go to twilight homepage and select mobile arena and go to broswer and select nokia then old nokia then 3220 and scrol down * +

@ sah4u2 i didn't know about it. anyway d problem is that u can't use gallery memory for appl. or vice versa. i ve deleted all ringtones/themes 2 store more pictures. * +

Don't kill yourself about it make.You can't always know everything right.But what i want to know is how the other 12mb can be used.Surely they were made to be used but how is the question here.Any nokia experts please answer * +

I have the same prob. I saw at nokias website that n3220 has 14mb and only 3 are for user * +
