The internal memory of my phone has gone. Tis supposed to have 6 meg of total space and for some reason its gone and lost loads so the total amount of memory is now 1.3 meg. Which means after all the undeletable files such as nokia themes and the applications that come with the phone im left with about 20kb of free space. How do i get it back? * +

The same happened with my 6020 i've lost 120kb memory.Try to flash it or upgrade your firmware.i've not yet tried it but i'm sure it may do some good.before you upgrade firmware please transfer your files contacts and every useful things to memory card or pc. * +

Not meaning to sound stupid or anything, but how do i flash my phone or upgrade the firmware or whatever? Im blood useless with this phone nonsense. All i wanna do it get some space clear so i can get me emails aaargh * +

To upgrade your firmware or flash you should either go to nokia gallery or care centre.if your mobile is within the warranty period then you get free firmware upgrade.but since yours is a new phone i fear whether there is any new firmware for you.however you just try it and tell them the problem they may be able to help you.And ask them whether there is a need for flashing. * +

U can also upgrad ur firmware using Pc.download the Software updater from nokia website.Bfore u upgrade the firmware pls read all the faq's given and only then proceed.keep your phone fully charged or on charging while doing this and keep your mobile switched off.and as i said earlier backup all your data.Meanwhile you can search in nokia website 4ny new firmware available for your fone * +

Try to use n0kiapc suite connected to ur f0ne and delete those n0kia undeletable files . . . Ok *
