Before i send my phone in i just wanna make sure that it needs a software update. The camera doesn't work it says operation failed, i cant watch videos it restarts when i try to, and i cant use my headphones....anyone know if it is software? Or not? * +

100 percent its a firmware problem. Just flash it with PC. * +

First check that if any new software is available for ur set or not. If there is not,than just flash it. * +

Do you have enough free memmory a friend of me had a similiar problem games and camary didnt work . I just deleted some stuf and it worked again *
