Now for my 2600c, i can't install any java app. It'll be downloade upto 100, but them the phone hangs..even if i restart the phone, when try to access that app (that i've just downloaded), again the phone hangs..g've other complaints too..this happened in the last month * +

When i called nokia , they prompted me for an updation of the soft..but i don't know basically about any of the upgrading process, neither do i have a pc nor a data cable.. * +

Ok go to setting phonephone software updatedownload phone software if an update is available it will downloadable to your phone. Or if your phone is in warranty then submit it to a nokia care center. * +

But, i don't find an update phone software option in the phone settings menu. What mobile are you talking about? Mine is 2600c...by the way can i upgrade it by visiting any internet cafe? * +

Let me tell you, i had deleted a file named msconfig.dat from the app folder using some file manager..but that has become more than two months..what's that file worth? Could that be the issue? If so how can i restore it back? * +
