Just want to find out whether the nokia warranty , only allows for replacement phone for contract people or prepaid as wel? I'm talkin about if the phone can't be fixed? * +

Replacement under warranty is rare as they will give replacement of complete handset if and only if it is having a manufacturing defect which is irrepairable which normally never happens * +

but what i want to know do they treat the warranty for prepaid and contract customers the same? i mean do they only replace for contract customers? * +

It doesn't matter if you are prepaid subscriber or not they should give you the replacement if you deserve it i mean if your phone cant be fixed but as i said this will hardly happens as such handsets get rejected by quality control before they hit the market * +

Nope its common see the higher official n demand replacement make sure ther s nt much wear n tear i had replaced 3 brand new 3110c in the past but it mit tak time about a fortnight * +

3 brand new ttc replaced? unbelievable have you replaced single ttc thirce or three of them as individual? And what was the problem you reported that they replaced your cell? Because I have a very different experience with nokia care * +

No m8 3 seperate units all restart prob within a year s time its just u hav to be more demanding n consult the manager itself rather than speaking wit the employees n make the point clear *
