have u even used a nokia b4?? just connect ur phone to pc and open pcsuite and look for backuprestore tab.. and then click on it ..it'd show u options for backup /restorin so u need to backup and when u open backup ud get a list of things to be backedup like msgs/media/phone memory/contacts etc so choose wot u need to backup and tats it or do a complete backup :) * +

u shud b able to do this just on yr phone, my old n73 could do this after a fw update *
